This peach cobbler recipe is so quick and simple, that anyone, like say my.... hubby, can make it. And you can substitute any fruit you like. So you're not limited to peaches -- experiement!

PEACH COBBLER

Ingredients:

  • 3 T. Butter
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. peaches (or fruit of your choice)

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Mix sugar, Bisquick, and milk. Pour in warm baking dish. Mix well with melted butter. Spoon cooked sweetened peaches around dough mixture with lots of juice. Bake at 400 degrees. Flour mixture will rise to top and brown.

I told you it was quick and easy!
