Toni from A Daily Dose of Toni, is hosting this 30 Days About Me challenge and today's topic is "Favorite Band/Artist". If you read Day 1's challenge, "My Favorite Song", you will already know that there is NO way I could name just one. I am a huge music lover and have so many favorites. And they sometimes change from day to day.

For the record, this post should have been up yesterday but I seem to be running behind. But I will be caught up today. Thanks for bearing with me!

So who is my favorite artist or band? I'm going to have to say that my all-time favorite band is.... Journey. 

Journey was one of the first bands I remember really just going nuts over. I got to see them in concert in 1982 (yes, I'm old), and that sealed it for me. I was hooked. Steve Perry had the most beautiful voice with such range.

I know a lot of people are sick to death of Journey, I guess. The show Glee may have contributed to that. And the only thing I want to say about that is, at least Glee has made many of the songs/bands/artists of the 70s and 80s popular to a whole new generation. I know on turntable.fm a lot of people will lame Journey songs, and that in my opinion is just, well... lame.
