Top 5 Favorite Christmas Songs

Monday, 1 December 2008
Pin It

I love Christmas songs or carols (or Holiday songs)!  I do however, have a pet peeve about hearing Christmas songs before Thanksgiving is over.  I just don't want to hear them until the day after Thanksgiving.  It may be just me... like I said it's a pet peeve.

I was thinking about which Christmas carols I enjoyed listening to most and could come up with five rather quickly.  So without further ado... here they are,

Winter Wonderland by Eurythmics

5.  Winter Wonderland - It's a catchy tune and always puts me in the Christmas or Holiday mood.  One of my favorite versions of this song is by the Eurythmics.  Personally, I think Annie Lennox has one of the best female voices of all time.

The Christmas Song by Christina Aguilera

4.  The Christmas Song - This one by Christina Aguilera is a favorite of mine.  It's a pretty song and Christina does a nice job singing it.

"Oh Holy Night" by Nsync

3.  Oh Holy Night - I really like Nsync's Acapella version.  The harmonies of their voices lend quite well to this song.

"Little Drummer Boy by Bing Crosby and David Bowie

2.  Little Drummer Boy - I love the Little Drummer Boy!  It is one of those classics.  This version by Bing Crosby and David Bowie is one of my favorites.

"Silent Night" by Sinéad O'Connor

1.  Silent Night - This is my all time favorite Christmas song and this version by Sinéad O'Connor is beautiful.  She has a voice like an angel.

I'm in the Holiday spirit now!  I hope you enjoy my favorite Holiday songs and I would love to hear yours.
